| - I have been going there for 4 or 5 years now, and I have previously given them a 5-star. Today I wasn't treated very well and, yes, I angry about it.
I got there this morning shortly before 8 am, and told the woman at the counter that I wanted to get my vehicle smog checked. She took my keys, had me sign a form and said, "There is one car ahead of you for a smog."
Anywhere else that would mean a 5 to 15 minute wait. I sat and watched the last 30 minutes or so of an old Rock Hudson movie on their wall-mounted tv. Then I went outside and saw that my car hadn't been moved yet, so I took a long slow walk which took almost another 30 min. on my return the car still hadn't been moved. I think that I succeeded not showing her how pissed I was when I calmly told her, "I'm going to get going. Can I have my keys?" She handed them over without a word and I quietly left.
I got back home about 75 min after I had left. It was not a fun way to start the day. I have never had a problem before and they have always been great as far as customer service in concerned and maybe this woman was just having a bad day, but this morning she did not say that she'd check and get me in soon, she didn't apologize, she didn't even make an excuse.
Very disappointed!
