rev:text	Michael White (The owner is very unprofessional/rude) I just got out of purchasing a small amount of automotive window tint from Beaver Stripes and it was a horrible experience. If I could give it a 0 star rating I would. I purchased a 5 feet x 20 inch limo Solar-Gard piece of automotive tint from them but it was not what I was looking for. I called earlier and asked him if he has the charcoal tint which is nothing fancy or extra special. He told me he has the normal Solar-Gard nothing special. I go to the shop and another gentleman helped me with my purchase and showed me a sample on the window. He was an older gentleman and he was very friendly and he had great customer service. The only way I was able to tell what kind of tint it was is when I went outside and put it in the sun light. I went outside for five minutes and I noticed it was HP Solar-Gard Limo which has a slight mirror type finish to it and is on the low end of window film. I normally don't go here anymore for window tint I buy from Suntek which is better quality, but I just needed a little piece of limo so that is why I decided to go to Beaver Stripes. I went inside very professional and asked him if I can have my money back ($19.93) back since it is not the type I was looking for or if he had something different. I told Mike it has a reflective look to it and that was not what I was looking for. Mike (The Business Owner) tells me I told you we don't have anything special and I can't refund the money because it has been cut. I told him the sample film he has on the window does not look like the same tint he sold me. I gave him the tint thinking he was going to compare it to the window tint sample and he gets my tint and drops it on the floor in front of me. I was in shock when he did this, because I was not rude or disrespectful to Mike at all when I approached him about a refund. I asked him what the hell is your problem and I picked up the tint since I paid for it. Mike stated he was not going to refund me the money and to get out of his shop. I have been to this store many times in the past 10 years purchasing tint supplies, window tint (occasionally), squeegees, knife blades, etc, and I have never had an issue until today. I actually never knew who the owner was until today and after reading some of these reviews I should have never went there in the first place. I don't know what his issue was but he was very unprofessional and I can't believe he is still in business with an attitude like that. I can't imagine if I had an issue with something that was expensive because I can't imagine what kind of response I would get from him in that scenario. I would not recommend anyone going to this shop for services because if you have an issue with something Mike will not help you at all. I feel like instead of saying I am sorry sir but our policy is that we don't refund cut window tint he resorted to a bully type of mentality and told me to get out of his store and never come back. I walked out of there and I told him I am never coming back ever again. Like I said before I am not sure how this guy has been in the business for so many years with an attitude like that but I would recommend no one go there for any type of service because if you have an issue you will get nowhere with Mike. If he acts that way over 20.00 I can't imagine how he would have acted over 100, 500, or 1000, etc. I am lucky that I am only out 20.00 dollars. I got off cheap....so go elsewhere or shop online there are so many more options in this world with way better customer service than Mike. So be careful and don't make the same mistake I made today.
