  • EXTRA EXTRA, READ ALL ABOUT IT!! WILLY WONKA'S FACTORY UNCOVERED IN TORONTOS DISTILLERY DISTRICT!!! I could leave this review just like this at this point and it would be totally legit because upon walking into this delectable house of chocolate delicacies I'm convinced only Mr.Wonka himself could have engineered such magnificent magnificence! (Yes I'm all about using words in different ways today) This re purposed old building now holds one of the most diverse collections of chocolate I have ever seen in the GTA or other. Multiple viewing windows allow you to peer into the various "laboratories" (as they are so labeled), where top minds are creating creative chocolate concoctions that amuse your bouche and tickle those tastey buds. I giggled (but only a little...not weird). Once I had wandered around and gained 4-5lbs through the airborne chocolate floating around i carefully put my eyes back in their sockets and placed my tongue neatly in my back pocket, ready to make a decision. Thank goodness my friend was SOMA-kind of regular/SOMA Veteran because she quickly selected a small milk chocolate bar with cherries infused - for us to share. Although her controlled seasoned selection saved me from a sure diabetic Soma-Coma the taste alone made me die and go straight to chocolate heaven. Dearly beloved, ashes to ashes dust to dust..... Kris was a good guy, he loved food but that Soma Chocolatemaker was just too much awesome for one man to handle.... Once I decide to resurrect myself from food heaven I shall return in search of their chili hot chocolate and their freshly made ice cream - I hear good things. NOM NOM.........NOM NOM NOM
