rev:text	My husband and I have bought several rings from Shane Co., starting about 7 years ago with promise rings and eventually an engagement ring and wedding bands. I have LOVED every ring I have gotten from them! My heart broke in half when 2 weekends ago I got out of the shower and noticed that the diamond was missing from my wedding ring... not one of the little diamonds from the band, but the big beautiful centerpiece! I am pretty positive that it fell down the shower drain because I can not find it anywhere. I was sure that since I did not have the ring insured, there was no way of recouping the loss of that diamond - I would have to buy a new one or live without it. Since buying a new one was not a current option, my husband and I went to Shane Co. to see what they could do to help - maybe remake the ring so all of the bands just had little diamonds, or get a less expensive kind of stone... just something to make the ring wearable. I was SO surprised to find out that they would give me a brand new diamond at no charge!! I know they say they guarantee all of their jewelry and will replace lost stones, but I never thought that included the centerpiece diamond! What a pleasant surprise!! The gentleman that helped us was very friendly and eager to help. Even though they were super busy, we did not have to wait long and I had my ring back within 4 days. I have since gotten my ring insured so I will never have to worry about loss again - but I want to thank the Shane Co. for helping me out and fixing my ring!!!!! You guys are awesome and I have always and will always keep sending you referrals. Thank you!
