rev:text	I travel all over the United States. I use Americas Discount tire company Because they are known for their great customer service. However, when dealing the the store manager "Tim" at this location this was not the case. I called on Monday November 6th. I explained to Tim the situation I was in with a tire that I had purchased at another location had blown out through the sidewall. He was so rude I asked for a manager and was surprised to find out he was the "General Manager." He repeatedly interrupted me while talking to me on the phone and could probably benefit from some customer service training. He was so bad I was questioning my loyalty to Discount Tire Co. Once he gave me a chance to speak and understand what I was talking about we were finally able to come to a resolution and get an appointment. But not without him being VERY RUDE AND SARCASTIC during the whole phone conversation. Now the reason this is not a 1 star review is because of the assistant manager "AJ" and the rest of the staff I dealt with at this location. At appointment, AJ and staff were very friendly and attentive and even apologized for their General Managers Very poor phone behavior the day before. America's Tire Company generally takes care of their customers regardless if they are new or older customers. Didn't feel like that was the case with the "Store manager Tim." My suggestion to others that go to this location is don't deal with him. He doesn't know how to listen to a customer.
