We were prepared to buy a car here and went in to place the order. We soon realized that this was not an ethical shop. They would only scribble prices on a piece of scrap paper rather than print them like other dealerships. I asked to see a written contract and they wouldn't print one until I gave them $1000 as a deposit! We were using our trade-in as our down payment and didn't want to add another $1000. The manager said that Subaru would not accept an order without the deposit, which we knew was a lie. Our salesman was Spencer. There were also two women that I never met because we were doing an internet pricing through Trucar.
They were too shady to deal with. While their stated price was better, we were convinced they would say anything, but without putting anything on paper. Of course, we don't know for sure since we walked out.
We went to Autonation, where we were treated well. I would suggest others do the same.
