  • I used to hate coming here... I avoided it like the plague. I would brave the mess that is Chandler Fashion even though San Tan Village was closer, just because the employees were horrible & truly unhelpful. I want to be first to admit those days are over. My sister & I decided to pop in today for some cruelty free makeup. She's going vegan & we were both curious about brands that don't test on animals. We were welcomed in right away & the girls were so helpful with all of our questions. If they didn't know the answer, they were quick to look it up. Not only did we get educated, we were able to sample all of the makeup freely until we found something that she liked. The skincare guy, Michael, was even more helpful. He recommended several products to us but really helped us pinpoint a moisturizer that we loved. You could tell that he really enjoyed what he does & isn't just forced to be on the floor. I'm really impressed by the turn around on this place. Not sure if it's new management or what, but whenever I'm in Phoenix, I'll be back to this location.
