Terrible company to do business with. I was expecting a package from Amazon with a guaranteed delivery date. LaserShip postponed delivery an extra day without any reason given. I received notification of delivery the following day. However, they delivered someone else's package to my house and delivered my package to someone else. Luckily, the address label had the other person's phone number on it and I was able to locate that person and swap packages. My house number is clearly visible on my mailbox and painted on the street curb at the driveway. The driver should have realized the error for at least one of the deliveries, yet he made the mistake at least twice that day. Delivering packages to the wrong address should not have happened and is not acceptable. Calling LaserShip's customer service is useless. They simply do not answer the phones. I was on hold twice for about 20 minutes and finally gave up. Even Amazon acknowledged that contacting LaserShip is almost impossible.
