| - Birdsong moved a couple of years ago to a seemingly random location, but it appears to work well! The brewery is well laid out though, with lots of parking, a great tap room, a wonderful and large outdoor area, and a huge brewing area visible from large glass windows. Tours are also available for a more in-depth view of the process. The tap room is very open - and inside and outside seating areas provide room for larger groups to hang out.
FYI: A large tub of Peanuts are provided for your munching delight - so if you have an allergy - stay away.
The beer here is great - I love their IPAs and rotating taps, even though my last visit provided a beer I didn't care much for, but their Higher Ground is a solid and consistent IPA.
The staff is awesome, very friendly and personable and willing to go the extra mile to talk to you about their beers, weather, cars, bugs, whatever. The bartender provided a pitcher of chalk and a portion of the cooler to my kid to draw on. Then after sitting down we chatted with someone stocking the cooler about their beers, while he worked. Those extra efforts are noticed and appreciated, and provide to a great experience.
