  • I got rid of century link bundling with prism in favor of COX and they shut off my tvs a day early. I tried to call and after a half-hour in hold my phone died my wife was on hold for an hour and they said her name wasn't on the account. When I got home and called back they said their offices had closed. Don't have anything to do with this incompetent company. COX called them to shut it off on Oct. 2. Today is Oct.1. I will never use them again.
