  • Yum! I thought this place would be your typical overhyped sushi restaurant on the strip. Well, I was wrong. This place is as good as it gets! Their sashimi is super fresh and presentation was beautiful. One of the things I loved is that I found out that the sushi chef is from Japan. A truly authentic Japanese sushi chef. I've had sushi in Japan and it is so hard to find good quality sushi restaurants over here. I'm a sushi snob without a doubt but it's just because I've been spoiled by the real deal. So glad I came across Koi. Loved the service and absolutely loved the food. Me and the hubby are fans!
