  • Listen. I love this place, and if I hadn't moved away I'd still be coming here. It took me a while to find a Brazilian waxing studio in Charlotte that I really liked, and Nue was it. The salon is located in a kinda busy (traffic-y) area off East Blvd., but they have a parking deck right in back so parking is a breeze. The receptionists are always so pleasant, and really work to fit a service in around your schedule. The salon itself is really cute, with cosmetics for sale in the front main part and services being provided in rooms in the back. My two go tos for waxing were Emily and Laysha (might be spelling that one wrong- my bad!!!). Both super sweet, thorough, and quick. They both had really good convos, and even though we only saw one another once every 5-6 weeks (or longer-yikes!), we always chatted it up like old friends. That's cool because it helps the wax go by faster. The only suggestion I have is once, I noticed the waxing table was kinda worn and a little ratty, and I thought hmm this place is entirely too cute for worn out tables. They've probably replaced it since then though. Also, it may be helpful to collect personal information on clients at their first visit, put it into an electronic system, and tag any important information to their file when they make an appointment instead of having them put potentially sensitive information on a check in sheet for everyone to see. Just a suggestion. Anyway, I'll recommend this place to anybody in town. You won't regret going there!!
