Horrible service. This is the second time we've had to replace a windshield in the last year and Safelite is our "preferred provider" through insurance, so we are stuck with them. Safelite gives you a 5-hour timeframe to sit and wait for the technician to arrive and despite making it clear that we need a full windshield replacement AND receiving an email confirmation from Safelite stating "full windshield replacement", they sent a technician out who can only repair chips. Both times. Of course, this requires calling AGAIN and waiting another 5 hours for a second technician to arrive. Ridiculous. Do not waste your time.
