  • I live in an older condo complex where the water heaters are in a common space serving several units. When my water heater died another condo unit's water heater (which was working) needed to be disconnected and removed (and later re-installed) to access and replace my water heater. The plumber (Charles) did a great job with replacing my water heater, but also worked well communicating to my neighbor of the time that they would be without hot water and kept a somewhat complicated job stress free. The work was completed quickly and professionally and I thought Charles handled the neighbor situation well. I will use Flash Plumbing in the future!!
