  • Bought a pair of riding gloves which after riding for 15 mins ended up to be tight to an extent that they wud make both my hands numb. Took them back and the owner denied to exchange them for a bigger size or give me anything more comfortable. Stated " oh u wore them one time and we will not take them back or exchange them but ur more than welcome to buy a bigger size" I even offered them to charge me restocking fees or charge me whatsoever coz they were just garbage for me. No sence of customer service or after sales coz for these ppl all that matters is to get rid of their dumped stock!!! Never going back EVER!!! Very few options to choose..!! Better off going to Riders Choice or other more experienced merchandise sellers in the market!!!
