  • Emergency room sucks less than other hospitals in the area. Most of the employees here are very nice. My mom got admitted to the hospital after an extensive battery of tests and such in ER, and the people on the floor were even nicer than the ER folks. The hospitalist who saw my mom was very good, and did an excellent job communicating with me about her condition. Most of the floor nurses were very good as well. The nice thing is that this is a much smaller hospital than CMC - Main, so you can get a little more personalized service here.
