  • Great dealership! Not just good, but great! They honor the COSTCO and USAA deals and give you the lowest price without haggling. I normally don't get to know anyone by name at a dealership, but Jerry, John, Cliff, Bob, Brian and Sharon have all been very helpful. The have a great customer lounge and even serve lunch! They also wash my car at no charge. I've bought two cars from them and I'll be back. I do have a problem with a feature on my car that doesn't work as advertised, but Findlay didn't build the car, GM did. Findlay's people have been trying hard to resolve the problem for me. That is all I can ask from them.
