  • I stopped in to the Middleburg store to inquire about the flyer we received. When I walked in, I was greeted by the comment "What do you want? Most people just talk to me." I still decided to inquire about the one month of unlimited tanning or the VIP tanning package. The price per the flyer for the VIP package is $24.99, but I was told that it was actually $29.99 in the computer system. Then I was told that it was only $5 more and that it was still a good deal. I asked why the price couldn't be honored and the girl at the desk said it was a mistake. When I responded that it should be honored and that I was not going to do business with your company, she replied "Whatever." Great customer service guys.
