I bought a freezer at Lowes on Wednesday, Sept. 27 and it was supposed to be delivered on Thursday the 28th. I waited all day and finally got a call that it was not in stock and couldn't be delivered until Mon. Oct. 2. It was supposed to be delivered today between 1 and 3. I called and was put on hold for 20minutes only to be told the delivery person would call. Two hours later I get a call and it hadn't even been put on the truck but they were going to bring it tonight. I am tired of unloading and reloading the old freezer at this point. I am so disappointed in Lowes and the delivery system. I am still waiting -- two days and nothing accomplished-- poor service!!!
