My initial appointment for a leaking toilet was scheduled multiple days in advance in the 2-4pm range. The plumber arrived at 730pm. He did an excellent job correcting the problem and gave advice for an additional toilet. Slightly inconvenient as my partner left work early to be at home for the appointment since we needed the plumber.
After thinking about whether to take his advice or not, I called and scheduled an appointment to replace a toilet as advised. I was given an appointment six days later in the time frame of 12-2pm.
They never showed and we called by 5pm to see what the issue was. There was no appointment made in their system and they said they would correct the error by coming the following day at 8am.
After multiple calls over two hours following our third appointment time and no plumber arriving and being told we didn't make this appointment as well and we should have called days prior, we decided we would not be working with this company again.
We did not receive a call to apologize or anyone to follow up on the appointments for quality assurance.
The workmanship was excellent on the first appointment but the scheduling department clearly is in need of training.
