Looking for a crazy good full body cardio workout that will have you drenched in sweat? Look no further because this is the place for you! Classes are generally about an hour long that usually can be broken down as:
-15 min "warm up" (boot camp workout that includes anything from jumping jacks to burpees)
-5 min stretching
-3 min rounds of kickboxing (6 rounds total)
-5 to 10 min of partner workout
-5 min cool down stretch
The instructors really push you so expect to be super sore the first few times you come
I've been coming here on and off for the last 3 years or so. When I signed up, I opted for the class card option where you buy a package and pre-pay for a certain number of classes that don't expire. Then you can come whenever you want. This is a good option for someone like me that prefers to do my own workouts at the gym most of the time. However, if you're going to be using this as your main gym and plan to come 3-4 days per week then it's a better deal to get the unlimited class option which is a monthly fee for unlimited classes.
Classes are held throughout the day Monday through Friday, mostly in the afternoons/evenings. On Saturday and Sunday there are only morning classes.
