  • They will try to reel you in with them allowing bigger dogs. BUT they will charge you a non refundable fee (and pet rent) and charge you for the carpets (mine was $700!) no matter what. I up kept my carpets, I even bought my own cleaner to regularly clean from pet stains and regular foot traffic. The carpets are clean material and weren't even installed right when I first moved in which I noted in the walk thru sheet at the beginning of move in. They NEVER provided poop bags. I had to always buy my own. Rent is already pretty steep, even for this side of the valley. On top of that my washer was constantly leaking. They never replaced it. They would only have maintenance temporarily fix it. I had to call 3 separate times in a year. My ice maker in the fridge didn't work when I first moved in. Once maintenance fixed it, it also leaked. I ended up just turning off the water line and buying my own ice. The neighborhood itself was decent but there was trash everywhere constantly. Cops somewhat regularly. Overall pretty quiet (aside from kids playing but kids will be kids). STAY AWAY IF YOU HAVE PETS!! YOU WILL BE OVERCHARGED!!
