Experience was extremely poor. Staff lacked training and proper customer service etiquette. Couldn't answer any billing questions successfully. When asked for a manager the manager acted like we were a burden and displayed less customer service skill than her staff.
Manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Wouldn't make eye contact, rolled her eyes, spoke over us multiple times. Wouldn't directly answer my questions and provided inaccurate information when she did answer. Filing a complaint with their corporate office.
Billing was also a total mess. Didn't explain anything on what insurance covered vs what it didn't. Just handed us a bill and said this is what the insurance didn't cover. Insurance confirmed several of the charges were bogus and inaccurate being they were billed incorrectly by this office. Filing a complaint with them as well.
Avoid the stress in going here. Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. Horrible leadership.
