Most good food (besides the buffets) in Las Vegas are found off the strip. Eat is one of those places; a hidden gem in it's simplicity, amongst all the city lights. Make your way to downtown Las Vegas and you'll find a nice, little popular breakfast spot, often filled with hungry guests. I got the truffled egg sandwich 2 scrambled eggs w/wild mushrooms, chives, feta & bacon on ciabatta with chive potatoes $12. - Good and worth it.
