  • What a foodie gem in the Valley! I was hesitating to write a review as I want to keep this gem in the circle!!!! Great outdoor seating in the courtyard with numerous different size tables. We came without a reservation on a busy Saturday night and were seated within 10 minutes! Everybody was very kind and super nice. The place was very busy but you can immediately notice the stuff was working as a team, checking on everybody and bringing the food out with a smile. It felt like I was in my Latin friends house! The courtyard is so cozy and has local art! We ordered 3 different tapas! Let me tell you - they are perfect sharing size ! We were so full. You might think the restaurant is pricey but I believe you get what you pay for. It was certainly worth the bill!Excellent food! Great wine! And not to mention live music! Good live music. Not over the top... not loud... just a great place for either a romantic date or friends gathering! Love -love -love Fuego Bistro! Phoenix food scene has great future!
