  • Stay clear of the geek squad unless you are certain of what your electronically issue is. Unfortunately for me, I am not as knowledgeable with external hard drives and they took me to the cleaners. Paid 70 dollars for absolutely nothing. Their data restoring fees start at 300 dollars?? My external hard drive was under 90 dollars. The future shop had awful customer service and I was hoping that would change with the turnover. Very disappointing!! I'd rather drive to the location in Leaside. At least the weather is nice out.
