  • Just bought my second Volvo, my first from Findlay Volvo Cars Las Vegas. I just intended to have the satellite radio restored in my 2009 C30 when I drove onto the lot. I had looked at their new inventory on the internet before I went there and noticed that they had a Passion Red (same color as my C30) Volvo S60 listed. I figured looking at that would be a good way to kill time while they diagnosed my car's problem. I hadn't called anyone in sales for an appointment because I was "just looking". Yeah, right! I pulled in and Leigh was waiting for me. I told her why I was there and just mentioned that I was curious about the red S60. As I looked over at it, I was surprised that all the vehicles around it were blurry l, but the red S60 was in sharp focus. I should have realized that I was a goner right then, but I didn't. Leigh got the keys and opened it up and casually asked if I'd like to take a ride. No pressure, no hard sell, but she's good. She spent a lot of time going over the features of the vehicle but I never felt pressured. Basically, it was "Could I see myself in that car?" Obviously, I could. That gave me what I considered a good deal, and after the sale, Nigel spent a lot of time with me, setting up trial subscriptions, transferring license plates and introducing me to Eric, the parts and service manager. Leigh, Nigel, Eric, along with Gary in finance and Jerrett in service all went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the vehicle I never intended to buy. They were so nice that I would have felt guilty if I hadn't bought it.
