I went here a week ago to get a screen for a laptop. I first phoned and they said they could get the particular screen I needed the next day. I said great and they told me to come down and pre pay for it so they can put in the order. I came down asap, paid for it and the guy said "we'll give you a call in the morning when its here." I thought awesome! What great service! I was so looking forward to this screen cause I could not find it anywheres else!
The next day it was noon-no call. I waited till 2pm, called the guy and he said he didnt know why it didnt come in but would phone when it came in. That night-no call. I waited for the morning till around noon-once again no call. My wife called the guy in the afternoon and the fellow seemed to be rude and irritated with her according to her story. So I phoned the guy and asked what was going on with this screen. He couldnt tell me so I said if the screen wasnt here by the next day that I was just going to ask for a refund and try elsewheres. He then said in a rude tone that I could come in right now and get my money back. I told him this sounded like a good idea since he put it that way and that I would be in asap to get my money back. 20 minutes later he phones and magically the screen came in ready to be picked up.
After going through all these games, getting smart remarks and getting a screen that had a dead pixel I will NEVER return here again for any computer needs! When a store promises over night service and gets mad at the customer for THEIR mistakes its a store that needs a big review from the higher ups!
