  • This review is just for the office staff and phone answering service. It is kinda ridiculous to not answer the phones during lunch that is why you do shifting lunches for office staff so there is always someone to answer the phone. They also close at four or four thirty depending on the day and refuse to pick up and answer thirty minutes before close. I called repeatedly and kept getting hung up on and when I finally got someone to answer they said the office was closed even though it was ten minutes until close. I like Kristal Nessa but I will be looking for a new PA because of the office staff.
