| - So one day at 7 am last week I got to Lowes to get more lights (Christmas) lights for work. I also had two to return that shorted out already. The only girl at customer service was answering a steady line of calls and trying to do returns on the two people in front of me. Boy, this is going to take awhile, I thought. I went to get the rest of what I needed. Returned to the customer service line, Straightened the entire magazine rack while I waited (OCD). Now after twenty minutes, its my turn. I said, "OK girl, let's roll. These two I need to return." And she starts YELLING at me, don't call me no girl. I'm 60 something years old. I earned the right to be treated as a woman. Hello.... I earned the right not to be yelled at. I didn't mean it negatively. Either you're a boy or a girl in life. She should earn the right to the unemployment line. I could of called her SLOW, etc. But I didn't. I just said, OK girl, let's roll. I bet if I was black and said that it would of been ok, but I was white. Very discriminated.
