  • I had a massage during the late morning, and the massage room I went in was somewhat bright. I was near a window in the room which drew in some light which I thought was odd. Also, it was not a quiet place, you can hear other people in the hall talking, laughing, etc. It was not very relaxing. They did play music, but it did overcome the noise. I also booked an appointment to their "grand opening". I had an appointment that I came 15 minutes early to as instructed. I was told to stand in a line to speak with another women who was talking to someone for over 20 minutes without acknowledging me. After 30 minutes of waiting and being ignored I left. I realize they were busy during that evening, but I was ignored. It would be one thing if they told me that someone would be with me soon, but they left me alone without much instruction on what to do and where to go. The most terrible customer service, I will be spending my money elsewhere.
