rev:text	My child has been going to this school since 2014 and overall it's a good atmosphere. One of the concerns I have is that the safe key program is not well staffed. You essentially have children looking over children. The school has many staff that are blood related which may hinder the diversity of the hired staff due to extreme nepotism. Plus many of the kids that are hired are hipsters and millennials with emo issues. During the holiday season safe key is available all day at a cost of $25 otherwise it's $15 daily during normal days on top of the tuition. When I have dropped off my kid and picked them up, I always see the hired children (staff) goofing off most of the time or oblivious to safety. Once I came to pick my kid up at the front and so the children (staff) called for my child on their 2 way radio. I waited for a long time and asked if they had already called for my kid. The girl at the front told me in her words, "oh your kid just left and walked outside, you didn't see her?" I immediately ran out into the parking lot and could not find her. Frantically looking for her and shortly afterwards the girl at the front went outside and said that it was a mistake and that it was not my kid that walked outside. I came back inside and handled my business with them and told them to verify before they say something like that. This is where the goofing off is a prime example. On other occasions, I have felt favoritism towards certain kids and parents in class from the teachers, TA and staff. I've been ignored in the past by TA's when they have walked my kid to the office because they had gotten in trouble. The TA completely ignored me as they walked by with my kid. I have felt a sense of favoritism in the school. It could be because we don't donate enough or perhaps we are not the right demographic. Also, please keep in mind that this school is a private school, but be prepared to spend additional money throughout the year for parties, events, etc. On a final note. Don't voice your opinion to any staff member. You will get shunned and have "Christians" likely talking behind your back.
