  • First and last time ever using this company. When the driver dropped me off at my location i told him i was going in to get the money for him. In return he told me to give him my phone so i knew i was going to come back and i did obviously thinking this guy is going to stay and wait for me to come back. When i came back to give him the money he was gone WITH my phone. meanwhile this is all happening at like 5 in the morning. Then i called the company to tell them what had happened, then they had told me that the driver was on the way back and we were to be waiting outside in the front for him. We waited for over and hour and forty five minutes and he was still not back. Then not having a phone i was unable to call the company , so i had to find a pay phone at 6:20 am. Then once getting in contact with these people they said the driver felt unsafe and is not coming back. This company is ridiculous. Disappointed, disgusted. Still at this point in time i still do not have my phone back. Definitely dont recommend this company at all.
