My home warranty company assigned this company to fix an A/C problem I am having. After waiting past the call back time frame, I had to initiate the scheduling of my appointment. My time frame was from 10-2. They promised to call 45 minutes prior to arriving so that I would be home. At 2pm when I called the receptionist could not give me a specific time as to when the technician would arrive but "it could be a couple of hours." At 4:30pm I get a call from the technician who was now at my house and upset that I wasn't there. I'm very disappointed in the quality of service and timeliness. I ended up having to request service from a different company.
