  • I wish I can give a negative star rating, where do I begin to complain, let's start with the customer service and being racially discriminated because I'm Middle/Easter; washer/dryer - broken, parking - non unless you're a sucker like me who pays $150 a month for a garage, a garage that is not the one that was promised when I signed my contract, valet garbage - waste of money, nat bugs every where, sink and garbage disposal - broken, thermostat - broken, key fobs - don't work, you have to "jimmy" the doors to get any where". After you get your tour, of what you think is luxury Scottsdale living, text me at 4802279076 and I'll give you the real tour. Positives, you want to know positives, the neighbors seem very nice but I'll only know that for another 10 months. Wouldn't live here for half the price. My fiancé complained about the sink and garbage disposal, this is after they required us to be home from 9-5 to replace a bulb in my garage and then didn't show up, they basically told my fiancé that living in an apartment requires you to allow strangers in your home if you want anything fixed, and we people "certain demographic" shouldn't expect any thing different. I will gladly spend one hour a day writing as many reviews as possible, I will hire sign spinners and call every possible person I can to get out of my contract. This place is the worst and has caused so many fights between me and my fiancé. Thanks one north! Sincerely, $1,700 a month
