  • Hayward did a great job removing five trees from the back desert area of my yard and one in my front courtyard. They arrived within their stated time window on a Saturday. The crew's professional foreman went over everything with me before they started removing the trees. He even agreed to remove a smaller tree that was also impeding my view of the mountains.They blew all the debris after removing the tree from my courtyard. It did take some time to get an estimate back from them, but my yard is very large and has a back desert area with many trees. This caused the delay, along with the fact that I could not be there when the estimator came to my house. The office scheduling girls were very nice and the manager was very courteous. He apologized for the delay and confusion. They put me on their schedule immediately once we confirmed exactly which trees I wanted to be removed. I shopped around for prices and Hayward's gave me the best estimate by far. The work was done to my satisfaction. I would recommend them and will use them again in the future.
