While in my possession, my rental car was damaged in a grocery store parking lot while I was in the store. Upon returning the car, the employees (Chase & Dante) were professional and polite. I followed instructions regarding filing a claim with Enterprise for mitigation.
In addition to the service at this location, Enterprise deserves credit for not inflating the repair cost. Second, they deserve praise for rebating the difference in a timely manner (between the amount charged me at the time I returned the car and the actual expense).
Since I declined insurance options at the time of rental, my Chase credit card reimbursed me the remainder of the damage expense. So, my week long rental eventually ended up on a positive note.
