  • Macaroni grill has been one of my favorite places for years. After today I may not be going back! I found a pregnant roach in my pasta! At first my husband thought it was a caper misplaced but when he squeezed it....creamy eggs came out!!! When we told the waitress she got her manager and she said it looked like a cooked pine nut and offered to comp my two dishes. Once I showed her my picture up close (it obviously was not a pine nut) she got the general manager who apologized and offered dessert. At this point I lost my appetite and didn't want to eat anything from the kitchen. I understand that mistakes happen but just beware when you go here...I would examine your food first!
