  • I purchased a deal (1/2 price apparently) from AAA for house cleaning by Moxie Girl. I have never had my house cleaned before by anyone but thought a "spring clean " might be "nice". My house is only 1300 square foot and I do live alone and I have to say I am generally a clean and tidy person. Anyhow, I made an appointment and someone was due to come over on Thursday for 4 hours (if 2 people come it's only 2 hours). I was told to leave a list -which I did -and I also stated on the list that I had never had my house cleaned before. On the list was "ceiling fans" and although they were checked off the list they were not cleaned. I did notice other minor dusting issues and I was wondering what she did for 4 hours. I called Moxie girl and asked about ceiling fans -thinking perhaps they weren't part of the cleaning process - and she said she would get the person back and I said "no thank you I will clean them myself". So, bottom line is I will clean my house myself in future and if I need any spring cleaning I will call someone else.
