  • I only hear good things about Jared's so I had to come here to get my engagement ring repaired. I forgot who the name of the associate who helped me (I'll edit this review with her name when I remember), but she did a fantastic job! The way she spoke to me was very friendly, professional, and easing. She never spoke down to me or made me feel inferior for my lack of knowedge about diamonds. I needed to get my engagement repaired from a botched work from a previous jeweler. She explained literally everything I needed to know about the process of their repair and was never pushy with what she thought I needed to get done. Overall, I'm a very happy customer and will keep Jared's in mind for future jewelry purchases/repairs!
