  • Went to get an MRI for my wrist, but the kind where they inject dye into it first to get a more detailed image. The doctor who came to do the injection spent an HOUR fishing a needle around my wrist over and over and couldn't get in enough to inject the dye. Rarely happens and said it could be my anatomy. While this may be true...you can imagine the trauma of being In a windowless stark white small room with no music, no friendly conversation, bright white lights shining down on you while someone barely explains what is happening and you are in pain. And when he determined it wasn't going to happen after the hour attempting, nobody thought to scrub the sticky yellow stuff on my wrist or offer me bandaids for the bleeding red open holes I know have or explain to me that the golf ball sized swelling I know have in my wrist is normal and that the extreme pain I'm in is ok and that I could take something for it. Nobody even asked if I was ok. Best part is that my orthopedic office apparently doesn't trust this doctor's expertise because instead of allowing me an MRI without dye they are asking me to try a different location with different staff who could be successful at doing it. So I get to do this whole thing all over again. The one star is most of all for extremely long wait times and some of the very worst bedside manner I've experienced. Please DONT go here!
