  • I was a patient going on about a year with Dr. Ginger Lane. She was awesome until they redid the lobby at some point last year and changed the hours. I could no longer fit an appointment time around my work schedule because they closed earlier than they had. I stopped going once I was told by the staff that they never received my blood work from the labs and demanded to know which lab I went to so they could fax it to them to "make sure they got the request". Um, I wasn't lying about getting it done. Sorry to hear that Dr. Lane is leaving but hopefully it is for something better than Desert Family Medicine.
