I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and overall experience. I have never been to a place with so many people being so rude to me. I came in for help with a grant, bargain, and sale deed and came with questions. This seemed to annoy the staff. I was instructed to come back the next day to pick up the document. I told them I wasn't sure what amount it should be, but they said if it changes they can change the amount at no charge. I came in the next day with a different amount for the sale deed and the lady tried to argue with me, saying that it wasn't possible, but luckily we got that resolved. They instructed me to wait in the back room so they can make the changes. After waiting 20min I figured out that they forgot about me and went back to the front desk and asked about my document. That's when the lady was like "What document? Oh yeah." Then she went to grab Ruby Jean Nelson. Now this lady was a true specimen of unpleasantry. I said hello in a very pleasant tone and the first thing she said was: "I am not going to be nice to you and I don't really have time for this" I was like ouch but with a smirk on my face told her: "I'm paying you for your time and if you don't like your job you can always change business. Just update my document and I'll be on my way" Anyways, long story short, DON'T EVER GO to this place unless you want to be treated as someone who is stupid and not worthy of one's time.
