I stopped by to check out the new place in my neck of the woods. The decor was nice, as were the front desk people. I hit a lot of unexpected traffic on my way home from work, they were understanding and kind about it.
The esthetician was friendly and knowledgeable. She answered questions about some services I've not tried but certainly am intrigued about trying.
They do have a monthly "subscription" option. I understand the concept and why you get a discount for it, but the subscription concept bugs me. I feel like life already has enough contracts to read and worry about how they'll be handled. A subscription service for a massage just bugs me, making me feel like there will be a hassle at some point down the road. I didn't remove points for it, but would if they were too pushy.
