  • Worst facial of my life. So lazy!! No frills even though I got the most expensive!!! Sitting in a room alone for half the facial is unsettling. They don't follow eminence protocol at all. Hope you don't expect to have them use any products like serums or eye creams or even moisturizer. She told me it was cloudy when I asked for sunscreen. Wow super professional. Just because people haven't complained doesn't mean cheating them is ok. They are either polite or ignorant. I'm being honest! You gave me garbage service and ripped me off!!!! I wash my own face better at home EVERY DAY
