  • It's a nice space, you have someone to greet you at the door for service, complimentary beverages are also very well done. We chose to check them out based on several recommendations from friends. However, our salesman wasn't listening to the simple things we were looking for in an engagement ring (round stone, estate style charm, with classy amount of filigree). He showed us about four cases of rings that did not have any of these qualities we were looking for. We ran out of time and had to leave for an appointment, that's when he finally pointed out a case he said was full of rings with filigree. So it seemed to be quite a waste of time for us. We had been meaning to go back to see that display case (we could have already looked at it the day we were there); but because we live in Sun Prairie, it just wasn't something we were motivated to do AGAIN. My fiance ended up choosing a gorgeous ring from a nearby small business and competitor, that we had visited just before stopping in to Kessler's that day. The difference in the quality of salesmanship was quite noticeable.
