  • The only reason I gave 5 stars is because of the prices of the cigars, but will go definitely go back here. First we got there after date night and just wanted to chill. To our surprise a live band was playing. I was like yes..but saw there were no seats inside so I immediately got bummed. But no fear. The manager saw we were just standing around and offered to turn the heated lamps on outside and also light a fire out there. He made sure I was comfortable and not too cold. I thought that was the best customer service any manager could provide. Even though he couldn't get me seated inside he went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with the seats he had available. That to me alone will bring me back even though I feel the cigars are pricey. I would go back and pay for the customer service that was provided any day!
