rev:text	THE WORST OF THE WORST ! Work at a body shop and requested a tow at 9 in the morning, waited until 3 to see what was going on, and turns out they forgot about the tow! So because of their mistake I was charged another day of storage which makes no sense! Called to request another tow (sadly) because another client had their vehicle towed into this facility, it was around 4pm and after 5 you get charged another day of storage, so I spoke to a girl names CARLA and she was being very rude and had me on hold for about 20 min! So I wait patiently and after a long time of waiting she finally gives me the amount before 5 which was two hundred something and so I requested a tow and she said that we had to go to the office and pay it. So I let her know that I am sending someone over to pay it. My manager calls me and tells me that they have no idea what car we are picking up (by this time it is about 4:40 pm) and I tell them that I has been speaking to Carla so she should obviously know( I just got off the phone with her about 10 min before this incident). They end up telling me that the same girl Carla who I had been speaking to, has no idea what car it is, makes no sense because she was obviously capable of giving me a price but now has no idea what car it is? It is obvious they were trying to kill time to charge us another day of storage. Wish I could give ZERO stars. Plus they end up charging me another day of storage even when I had been trying to get the vehicle out half an hour before, and got there 20 min before hand as well.
