What I love most about the OTF program is that someone like me--a non-athlete with a number of pounds to lose--can see in real time how many calories I have burned throughout the class. It has taught me that it's okay if I don't have the physical prowess to sprint on the treadmill or use the 25 lb dumbbell. As long as I am keeping my heart rate up and working at MY level, I will be successful! I started with the 8 class per month package--I lost 8 pounds in 2 months. I upgraded to the unlimited package in December and started going every other day--I am starting to get a lot of definition in all of my muscles! I actually started OTF in the Chicago area when I lived there, and when I would travel to Phoenix frequently for business, I would go to the OTF in Ahwatukee. Now that I live here, I still go to the same studio--I love the instructors and their energy! I haven't encountered a bad one yet. I can't say enough about how this studio is changing my life. It is definitely an intense workout, but I am addicted!
