So I came in yesterday because on the way up here from orange county to Vegas my check engine light came on I was here about 8:30 a.m. and the guy at the front told me that it was going to be a couple hours late because there was already 15 cars in front of me and it was only 8:30 a.m. they don't do appointments it's first come first serve for free diagnostic so I decided to wait and come back today early morning I was here about 7:40 a.m. Victor greeted me at the door even though they were technically still not open I told him about the problem he said he would diagnostic went and turned off my engine light he said I might have just overheated and that was it. He also said he recommended my drive belt changed because I was worn out at some point in the near future he did state it doesn't have to be today but he does recommend that to be done keep in mind I didn't get charged for any of this but I chose to go ahead and get it done today anyways I felt no pressure and I felt that he was really honest as I was sitting there enjoying all the goodies cookies ,ice cream,eater ,coffee and even WiFi !!!:) they have to offer at the waiting area Tom looked up at me and started talking to me about my transmission stated that there had been a class action lawsuit for that particular transmission CVT that was put into several different cars and that there's a hundred and thirty thousand mile warranty on them so if it happens again that He suggests that I contact my dealer and ask them about the warranty so that i dont go to a mechanic and pay for something that should be free if need replaced !.... I did see other people walk in with different problems people call in and I was listening he is very knowledgeable and honest I will definitely recommend coming here first instead of the other shops next to them .They also offer valet rides if you live nearby !!!excellent thank you guys for your honesty !!!
